As part of its education programme, the PinchukArtCentre held Saturday Talk on Saturday, 4 September, 2010, dedicated to the work of art by American artist Richard Prince. Director of Communications at the PinchukArtCentre Dennis Kazvan and chief editor of EGO magazine Andriy Taranenko joined the discussion.
For the PAC, Prince created a new special Nurse Room, an installation containing all the elements that form his “brand”, joke paintings, appropriated photographs, furniture elements and appropriated original illustrations. In this room Prince uses a direct, hardcore sexual imagery of a nurse as one of the central sexual fetish figures of today.
