Biography
June 25, 1958

Born in Odessa, Ukrainian SSR.

1975 - 1982

Studied at the Art and Graphic Faculty of the Odesa Pedagogical Institute named after Ushynsky (now — South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky)

Worked as a methodologist at the House of Folk Art in Odessa.

1984 - early 1990s

Moved to Moscow. Was in a relationship with Konstantin Zvezdochetov, they got married in 1987. Lived and collaborated in squats and collectives of AptArt, the Avant-Garde Club ("Klava"), lived on Furmanov Lane, and more.

1992 - 1995

Moved abroad. Taught at the academies of arts in Oslo and Gothenburg. Conducted master classes at the Center for Contemporary Art, Moscow. At the invitation of the city of Paris, participated in an art residency in France.

2000

She was a scholarship holder of the Civitella Ranieri Foundation Fellowship program, Umbertide, Italy

The works are held in the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery (Moscow, Russian Federation); the State Russian Museum (Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation); the Katerina Cultural Foundation (Moscow, Russian Federation); the Stella Art Foundation Collection (Moscow, Russian Federation); the Simon Waldron Collection; the National Center for Art and Culture Georges Pompidou (Paris, France), and others.
