Born in Odessa

Studied at the Odessa State Art School named after M. B. Grekov; Odessa Pedagogical Institute named after Ushinsky (Art and Graphic Faculty); Odessa Engineering- Construction Institute (Architectural Faculty). Did not graduate from any higher education institution.

the first experiments of object art

work on the project "Niagara Falls" (not implemented)

1982 - 1984

leader of the underground Odessa school of conceptualism (together with Sergiy Anufriyev, Yuriy Leiderman, Larisa Rezun, Ihor Chatskin, the group “Perci” (Lyudmyla Skrypkina, Ihor Petrenko) the group “Martynchiki” (Svitlana Martynchik and Ihor Stiopin) and others).

1984 - 1986

the smashing of exhibitions in Voitsekhova's apartment on Astashkina Street, arrest and imprisonment

1987 - 1990

moving to Moscow, settling in a squat on Furmanniy Lane (together with the groups “Mushrooms” and “World Champions”), helps organize the settlement of Odessa artists in the squat).
