Art Therapy Workshops for Children (6–9) and Their Parents

When daily life is full of challenges, anxiety, and fatigue, it’s especially important to have a space where you can pause and feel acceptance and support — a place where you can simply be with your emotions, experiences, and discoveries.

Art therapy workshops invite participants to create without limits or fear of making mistakes, explore their feelings, uncover their abilities, and express themselves through play and creativity. Here, it’s not about doing things “correctly” or making them “pretty,” but about feeling, experimenting, and being yourself.

Workshops take place every Saturday at 14:15. Three times a month, children and parents join together, and once a month there is a session for adults only. It’s a time to share experiences, ask important questions, find new sources of support, and feel that you are not alone.

Throughout the sessions, facilitator Lora Litkovska supports children and adults alike, helping everyone feel valued, heard, and empowered to shape their lives despite external circumstances.
