Children’s Programs
Art begins with imagination, openness, sincere questions, and the desire to see the world with wonder and curiosity. Children need a space where they can trust their observations, fantasize, and learn to express their thoughts and feelings. This is exactly the atmosphere of the children’s programs at PinchukArtCentre: here, art becomes a field for exploration, thinking, and empathy.
Through specially designed formats for children from age 4, we not only introduce them to contemporary art, but also show that art is about them — their world, dreams, concerns, and feelings. Art can also be a space for play, friendship, and freedom.
Every week, in the Family Sunday program, children aged 4-6 and 7-9 explore the exhibitions at PinchukArtCentre and take part in creative activities.
In summer, the Summer School offers three-day courses for children aged 6–9 and 10–14, where they work with artists to explore interesting themes, experiment, and create their own projects.
During a visit to the art centre, children aged 7-9 can pick up an exhibition quest at the reception on the 2nd floor, helping them learn about art through attention to detail and creative tasks.
Children’s festivals and special events are also part of our programs — real celebrations with workshops, performances, and a variety of activities.
All programs are free, with prior registration required.
