For more than 10 years Victor Pinchuk has been developing and supporting a number of philanthropic projects in Ukraine. In 2006 in order to create a more coherent, professional and accountable approach and to develop new projects he organized these activities under the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.
The Victor Pinchuk Foundation is an international, private, non-partisan, philanthropic foundation based in Ukraine. The Foundation was established in 2006 by businessman and public figure Victor Pinchuk.
We believe that the future has to be prepared now and that each of us has the power to act.
We believe that empowered future generations can be a major driver of change.
We believe that long-term large scale investments can create the favorable conditions for the people to seize their destiny.
Our goal is to empower future generations to become the change makers of tomorrow. To achieve this goal, we develop projects and build partnerships in Ukraine as well as globally, and invest in three main areas:
The Victor Pinchuk Foundation is a member of European Fund Centre and Ukrainian Grant makers Forum and a partner of the Yalta European Strategy (YES). The Foundation cooperates with Clinton's Global Initiative and other non-governmental organisations.
