Sam Taylor-Wood was born in London in 1967. She graduated from Goldsmiths College in 1990 and currently lives and works in London. Since her first solo show at White Cube in 1995, the artist has had numerous solo exhibitions including
Sam Taylor-Wood was one of the artists representing Ukraine at the Venetian Bienalle 2007 within "A Poem about an Inland Sea" project. Some of her works were shown in the PinchukArtCentre as part of "An Instinctive Eye: selection of the contemporary photographs from the collection of Sir Elton John" and "REFLECTION" exhibitions.
