Theme Tour “Here and Now of Installation Space”
Sunday, March 15, at 19:00

On Sunday, March 15, at 19:00 the PinchukArtCentre invites to a special theme tour “Here and Now of Installation Space”.

Contemporary art is often measured by the concept of "here and now", because when getting to know art the effect of presence, contemplation and interaction plays a great role. Such contact may be best illustrated by an installation - a form of modern art where space is a physical basis and a viewer gets in and interacts with it. Why everything that gets into the installation space becomes part of the artwork will become understandable during the Future Generation Art Prize 2014 exhibition tour.

The event starts at 19:00 on the 2nd floor of the art centre, reception area. The tour will be guided by the PinchukArtCentre’s guide Olga Kucheruk.
