The project manager reports directly to the Artistic director and works together with the curators, technical team and financial and legal department.
Responsible for:
- The management of all exhibition projects of the PinchukArtCentre.
- Proactive day-to-day management of all operational of the PAC projects (mainly exhibitions) and assuring timely delivery of these aspects by all involved parties
- Preparing, applying and controlling budgeting of all projects.
- Assuring all legal aspects of the projects and minimizing risks.
- Preparing, controlling contracts and in case of need liaise with lawyers and other involved parties.
- Supports and advises the head of the research and education department in managerial and legal questions.
- Preparing installation and de-installation of exhibitions with the curator of the project and technical and logistic team, including invited contractors
- Communicating with artists, studios and 3rd parties concerning projects of PAC, in collaboration with the studio and technical teams
