On June 1st the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and PinchukArtCentre presented The Future Generation Art Prize@Venice 2013. The exhibition includes the 21 artists, from 16 different countries, who were shortlisted in the second edition of the first global art prize for artists up to 35.

As part of the exhibition "China China" contemporary art lovers, besides many other things, had a chance to be photographed next to the works of art by Chinese artists dressed in pyjamas - an outfit that has become a traditional feature on the "Night at the Museum" in the PinchukArtCentre.
On May 18, 2013 the PinchukArtCentre (Kyiv, Ukraine) will present “China China”, a major group exhibition including eleven Chinese artists of different generations, focusing on the tension between individuality and collective thinking - a subject, which not only defined Chinese history and continuously shapes contemporary society but equally gains importance in the West.
The PinchukArtCentre invites visitors to the Night at the Museum which will take place on May 18 as part of the China China exhibition opening and international event Night of Museums. Especially for the admirers of the contemporary art and those who want to be the first to see exhibition of the Chinese artists, the art centre will stay open until 24:00. The visitors arriving to the event dressed in pyjamas will be offered priority entry to the art centre.
Due to a large number of submissions received from artists recently and high activity of applicants expected in the next few days, the PinchukArtCentre prolongs application process for the PinchukArtCentre Prize 2013 till May 12
Lynette Yiadom-Boakye, the Main Prize Winner of the Future Generation Art Prize 2012, has been nominated for the Turner Prize 2013 for her exhibition at Chisenhale Gallery Extracts and Verses.
