The PinchukArtCentre launches a new series of classes “Come together!” intended for the families with 6-9 year-old children. This is a fascinating educational programme designed to foster partnership-based relations between parents and children, and to develop ability of “hearing each other”. The classes focus on a constant interaction between family members following the principle of “seeing, learning, discussing, playing and solving tasks together.”
Step by step the programme participants will be discovering the world of contemporary art. Having completed the course, children will be able to express their thoughts better, talk about art and interact with art objects, and their parents will be able to answer the easiest and the most incredible questions.
On Saturday, April 12, 2014, at 12:00 there will be the first “Come together!” class entitled “Welcome to museum” during which participants will learn about museum as an institution, its background and organizational system. The event will start on the 2nd floor of the art centre at the information desk.
