PinchukArtCentre invites 4-5 year olds to participate in a new educational program Color Bubbles

3 June 2015

PinchukArtCentre invites 4-5 year olds to participate in a new edition of the educational program Color Bubbles. The program is designed to promote better understanding of the art language, to acquaint children with a variety of contemporary art practices, to develop aesthetic sense and encourage creativity in them. The program consists of eight sessions, conducted every Saturday since June 6 and till July 25. Participation is free.

Activities will include theory, discussions, and practical master class where children will be able to try themselves as artists. On Saturday, June 6, at 12:00 pm there will be the first session of the Color Bubbles “Colors: colorful world around us.” During the event, young participants will learn to distinguish and classify color types: light/dark, warm/cold, bright/dull, and etc. The event will take place on the 5th floor of the art centre, in the Educational Room.

The classes will be held by Anna Honchar and Lora Ishchenko, PinchukArtCentre guides.
