PinchukArtCentre presents final discussion in the context of Transfer

25 September 2012

On Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at 19:00, PinchukArtCentre invites to the final discussion held in the context of Transfer program.  Anna Lazar, deputy director, second secretary of the Polish embassy, and Bjorn Geldhof, artistic manager of the PinchukArtCentre, will host the event on the 5th floor in the PAC-UA space.

During the discourse, participants will summarize the results of the Transfer project, analyzing the idea of the program itself and the level of success of cultural exchanges in the context of experience with Ukrainian and Polish artists. In addition, the event participants will find out whether a dialog between different cultures is possible, and how an artist can integrate in the artistic process of a different country.

Transfer is an exchange programme to promote and support new generation of Ukrainian artists abroad and to offer a dynamic view on young Polish art in Ukraine. This is a common project of the PinchukArtCentre and the Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle (Warsaw, Poland).

Registration for the lectures is mandatory.
