After the application procedure, ending on April 28, the Selection Committee will consider applications submitted for the competition and nominate a final shortlist of 20 artists that will be announced in June.

Eckhard Schneider, General Director of the PinchukArtCentre: “Following our success with the international award - Future Generation Art Prize, we have also increased the number of the national prize Selection Committee members from 5 to 7 experts. We have managed to achieve a representation of the most competent specialists from different areas of contemporary art - curators, art critics, and artists from different regions of Ukraine. I am sure that it will make the process of selection even more objective, competent and exciting.

On-line submission of works for the competition is ongoing at until April 28, 2013.

The exhibition of the nominees will open at the PinchukArtCentre on October 26, 2013 and will last till January 5, 2014.

The winners of the Main and Special Prizes will be awarded by the International Jury of PinchukArtCentre Prize in December 2013. The winner of the Public Choice Prize will be determined by voting of the visitors attending the exhibition.
