On March 28, 2013, the PinchukArtCentre started a new project “PinchukArtCentre Meets Academies” intended to develop a dialogue between art students and the PinchukArtCentre.
As part of this project, the PinchukArtCentre will hold meetings between students/practitioners from Art Academies (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv) and the PinchukArtCentre’s curators. In this format, artists under training get an opportunity to make an artistic statement while the curators get a chance to meet the youngest generation.
Ten graduate students of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture were the first participants of the project. They gave presentations of their artistic practices, shared experiences and consulted the art centre’s curators.
