The video performance All Times News took place over ten days at the 2015 Moscow Biennale. In the role of a news anchor, Kakhidze presented three programs: News of the Past, News of the Present, and News of the Future. News of the Past was about events of the previous year, 2014, when the artist’s hometown was occupied — she shared stories of Strawberry Andreevna, her mother, who remained in the occupied city of Zhdanivka in the Donetsk region. News of the Present covered events happening at the Moscow Biennale in the VDNH pavilion. There, the artist also began issuing visas to Russians for entry into Ukraine, despite the visa-free regime at the time. News of the Future was about anticipated political changes: with humor, Kakhidze spoke of the need for politicians to practice gardening, and of an alternative decommunization program in Russia — replacing Soviet monuments with glass ones to avoid reminders of the past without erasing history entirely. The artist also changed one letter in her surname and performed under the name Kokhadze, derived from the Ukrainian verb “to love.”
