Only two weeks left to apply for the PinchukArtCentre Prize 2013 - a nationwide prize in contemporary art to young Ukrainian artists. On-line submission of works for the competition is ongoing at until April 28, 2013.

On Thursday, April 18, at 19:00 Deputy Artistic Director of the PinchukArtCentre
Bjorn Geldhof will guide a tour of the exhibition “agentic iced etcetera” by Tony Oursler. He will analyze art works presented at the show and explain artistic position of the artist.

On Sunday, April 10, 2013, at 19:30 the PinchukArtCentre invites to a reading of the play by a Ukrainian play writer Maksym Kurichkin Vodka,, and Television (2004). The event will be held under the literature program of the art centre, being the second happening dedicated to the readings of the contemporary drama.

On Friday, April 5, 2013, at 19:30 the PinchukArtCentre invites to a Literary Night entitled “Ousler, the Chapman Brothers and the magic number of Ukrainian writers in the “Fuckin’ Hell” project.” The event is intended to continue a dialogue between art and literature, to demonstrate the possibilities of interaction between them, and to create a platform for viewing the showcased works through a new and uncommon "textual" lens. Literature Nights feature famous Ukrainian writers and poets.  Admission is free, registration is required.

From April 2, 2013, the PinchukArtCentre invites all contemporary art lovers to the updated info-centre. Two new sections - "Guest Book" and "Questions and Answers" - will be a platform for open communication of the art center visitors and the art institution.

On Wednesday, April 3, 2013, the PinchukArtCentre in partnership with CSM (Foundation CCA) invites to the fifth PAC-Talk: Shock as Artistic Strategy. This edition of Food for Thought will begin at 19:00 on the 6th floor of the PinchukArtCentre. Admission is free.
